WHAT V.I.K.K.I MAY DO
Depending on the options you enable, V.I.K.K.I can organise incoming Outlook mail, add categories, move messages into workflow folders, prepare unsent reply drafts, create information-needed tasks, help with meetings and answer mailbox questions using linked sources.
Check every draft, task, meeting and mailbox answer. A normal prepared reply is not sent unless you send it. Chat actions that create or change a draft, task, reminder, rule or meeting show a review step first.
PRIVACY
V.I.K.K.I processes the mailbox information needed for the feature you use. The minimum email content needed for classification, drafting or answering may be sent securely to OpenAI through its API. Microsoft and the hosting provider process data needed to run the service.
Never put passwords, security codes, API keys, payment-card details or a full mailbox export into feedback or support messages.
STOP OR GET HELP
Pause monitoring in Settings to stop new-mail automation. Disconnecting Outlook stops future access but does not undo earlier organisation. Use Restore mailbox to before In Order Admin before disconnecting if you want tracked workflow folders and categories reversed.
